Two observations of an aberrant pancreatic gland in the gallbladder wall revealed by histological examination of the surgical material are presented. In one case the aberrant pancreatic gland was represented by the exocrine part and ducts in the other by adenomyoma.
本文报告了两例通过手术材料组织学检查发现的胆囊壁内胰腺组织异常的病例。其中一例，异常胰腺组织仅由外分泌部构成，另一例则由腺肌瘤样的导管构成。
