Rat experiments have shown that radicotomy of spinal cord roots at the L2--Z1 level causes functional disorders of bone marrow eliminating stimulation of hemopoiesis in response to acute blood losses. The deafferentiated bone marrow shows disturbed proliferation and differentiation of cellular elements and dystrophic changes in them.
大鼠实验表明,在L2-Z1水平切断脊髓神经根会导致骨髓功能紊乱,消除急性失血时对造血的刺激。去传入神经的骨髓显示细胞成分的增殖和分化受到干扰,且出现营养不良性变化。
