This report emphasizes the medical, surgical and anaesthetic aspects of the treatment in cases of myasthenia gravis. Since many of the drugs used in anaesthesia affect the activity of the neuromuscular conduction mechanism, the anaesthetist should be aware of the pathophysiology of the disease and of the effect which these drugs have on it.

本报告着重阐述了重症肌无力病例治疗中的医学、外科及麻醉方面。由于麻醉中使用的许多药物会影响神经肌肉传导机制的活性，麻醉医生应了解该疾病的病理生理学以及这些药物对其产生的影响。
