Abstract
Urographical examinations of 290 patients prove a statistically ascertained favouring influence of the "syndrome of the upper calyx" on the development of inflammatory changes of the kidney. Therefore the regular clinical control of patients with dysplasias of the upper group of the calyx, Fraley-syndrome and strictures of the calyx neck is demanded.
摘要
对290例患者的尿路造影检查证明，经统计学确定，“上肾盏综合征”对肾脏炎症变化的发展具有有利影响。因此，需要对患有上组肾盏发育异常、弗雷利综合征和肾盏颈部狭窄的患者进行定期临床检查。
