Abstract
The R3327 MAT-LyLu, a lymphotrophic, metastatic prostate-derived rat tumor was treated with high dose diethylstilbestrol or the chemotherapeutic agent ICRF-159. Both drugs inhibited the growth of the primary tumor and the development of metastases.
