Contact urticaria to cow's milk.

Contact urticaria developed in a child as a reaction to cow's milk. After heating the milk to 80 degrees C for thirty seconds, the child did not have a similar reaction. To my knowledge, this is the first case of contact urticaria to cow's milk in which there were no systemic manifestations of allergy.
