Total creatine phosphokinase (t-CPK) and its isoenzyme were measured frequently after admission in 25 case of head injuries. Interesting changes of CPK were detected especially in initial stage. T-CPK increased up to 3-4 days after admission and subsided to normal level within 2 weeks. CPK-BB was demonstrated in 15 cases, and the elevated CPK-BB disappeared within 24 hours in most cases. In relation to the findings of computed tomography (CT), CPK-BB was demonstrated more frequently in the cases showing complex of high density area (HDA) and low density area (LDA) or LDA only, than in those showing HDA.
对25例头部受伤患者入院后频繁检测血清总肌酸磷酸激酶（t-CPK）及其同工酶。发现CPK有有趣的变化，尤其是在初期。t-CPK在入院后3至4天升高，并在2周内降至正常水平。15例患者检测到CPK-BB，大多数情况下，升高的CPK-BB在24小时内消失。与计算机断层扫描（CT）结果相关，显示高密度区（HDA）和低密度区（LDA）复合体或仅显示LDA的病例中，CPK-BB的检出频率高于仅显示HDA的病例。
