Abstract
Non-invasive treatment was employed in ten consecutive cases of obstruction of the nasolacrimal duct with epiphora: forceful probing and reconstruction of the nasolacrimal duct with a Teflon tube introduced through the nasal opening of the duct. Results appear to be very promising.
