Physiological and psychological functions of human organism under different light conditions.

At the present time, we are engaged in the introduction of further methods, originally destined for clinical praxis, i.e. electrooculography (for laboratory purposes worked out by Manák) and electroretinography (worked out by Peregrín and Svĕrák). This complex of methods, one part of which we can use even in field research in such situations where as standardized visual challenge the proper type of work of the tested persons is of use, makes it possible to evaluate the luminous conditions differing each from other qualitatively and quantitatively.
