In six patients with nephrotic syndrome and in two control subjects freeze-fracture studies of isolated glomeruli obtained by needle biopsies were performed. In the nephrotic patients replicas of freeze-fractured podocytes showed an increased number of cell junctions. These were represented by incomplete occluding junctions and communicating junctions (gap junctions). There was morphologically a similarity between the glomerular podocyte cell junctions in human and experimental nephrotic syndrome (Kühn et al., 1981).
对6例肾病综合征患者及2例对照受试者进行了经皮肾穿刺活检获取的分离肾小球的冷冻断裂研究。在肾病患者中,冷冻断裂足细胞的复制品显示细胞连接数量增加。这些连接表现为不完全封闭连接和通讯连接(缝隙连接)。人类和实验性肾病综合征的肾小球足细胞连接在形态上存在相似性(库恩等人,1981年)。
