Abstract
Experience of operative treatment of the freshly ruptured lateral ligament of the ankle at a small district hospital is presented. The material consisted of 32 young and athletic individuals. Eighteen (57%) of the cases were sports injuries. The diagnosis was confirmed by arthrography of the talocrural joint. There were no postoperative complications. The period off work was on average i 7.3 weeks and off sports 8.3 weeks.

本文介绍了一家小型地区医院对新鲜踝关节外侧韧带断裂的手术治疗经验。研究对象为32名年轻且活跃的个体。其中18例（57%）为运动损伤。通过踝关节造影确诊。术后无并发症。平均误工时间为7.3周，停止运动时间为8.3周。
