The article deals with the results of study of bound and free 11-oxycorticosteroids and the reserve binding capacity of transcortin in 65 patients with myocardial infarction complicated by various types of cardiogenic shock. The most significant increase in the level of 11-oxycorticosteroids and decrease in transcortin reserve binding capacity were found in patients with true cardiogenic shock.
本文探讨了65例合并各种类型心源性休克的心肌梗死患者中结合型和游离型11-氧皮质类固醇的研究结果以及皮质素转运蛋白的储备结合能力。在真性心源性休克患者中发现11-氧皮质类固醇水平显著升高，皮质素转运蛋白储备结合能力下降。
