Jotroxamid has been infused intravenously in 60 patients within 10 minutes for cholegraphy. At the evaluation, contrast medium side effects, heterotopie excretion, quality of contrast and length of examination time have been considered. Reactions to the contrast medium were low compared with the results of other authors, an increase of cases with roentgenographie demonstrable heterotopic excretion could not be observed. Opacification of the biliary duct system was except in 2 cases very good. The total examination time was compared with the conventional infusion rate 30 minutes less.
60例患者在10分钟内静脉注射了碘托酰胺用于胆囊造影。评估时，考虑了造影剂副作用、异位排泄、造影质量和检查时间长度。与其他作者的结果相比，造影剂反应较低，未观察到X线可显示的异位排泄病例增加。除2例外，胆管系统的显影非常好。总检查时间比传统输注速率少30分钟。
