[Clinical aspects of schizophrenia with cenesthesiopathic disorders].

Abstract
A study of 75 patients permitted differentiating clinical variants of schizophrenia with cenesthopathic disturbances, description of the psychopathological traits of cenesthopathy and structurally related symptomatology. One of the diagnostic criteria of this form of schizophrenia is the dynamics of modified cenesthopathy. Some aspects of differential diagnosis in different forms of development and prognostic variants of diverse types of cenesthopathy are discussed.

一项针对75名患者的研究有助于区分伴有内感受性障碍的精神分裂症临床变体，描述内感受性障碍的精神病理学特征以及与之结构相关的症状学。这种形式的精神分裂症的诊断标准之一是改良内感受性障碍的动态变化。文中讨论了不同形式的内感受性障碍在不同发展类型和预后变体中的鉴别诊断的一些方面。
