Dimexid and HBO-therapy were used in the complex treatment of 129 newborns and infants with epiphysial and metaepiphysial osteomyelitis. The use of HBO-therapy and dimexid in the complex treatment of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis gave positive therapeutic effect in all the patients. The general condition improved, blood indices both general and biochemical became normal. X-ray analysis showed less destruction and more rapid reparative processes in the bones.
将二甲亚砜和高压氧疗法用于129例患有骨骺和干骺端骨髓炎的新生儿及婴儿的综合治疗。在急性血源性骨髓炎的综合治疗中使用高压氧疗法和二甲亚砜，对所有患者均产生了积极的治疗效果。患者的一般状况得到改善，血常规和生化指标均恢复正常。X线分析显示，骨骼破坏减少，修复过程加快。
