Abstract
In the complex treatment of 25 children with acute osteomyelitis and 7 children with aggravation of chronic osteomyelitis HBO-therapy and dimexide wwere used. This treatment produced a favourable therapeutic effect in all the patients. X-ray investigation proved the decrease of bony destructions and acceleration of reparative process in the bones.

在对25例急性骨髓炎患儿和7例慢性骨髓炎加重患儿的综合治疗中，采用了高压氧疗法和二甲亚砜。这种治疗方法在所有患者中都产生了良好的治疗效果。X线检查证明骨破坏减少，骨修复过程加速。
