Abstract
Plasma membrane vesicles isolated from undifferentiated and differentiated L6 myoblasts show a comparable phase and ultrastructural morphology. Both are agglutinated by Concanavalin A and wheat germ agglutinin, contain approx. 20 polypeptides and have a comparable intramembranous particle density and topography.
