Abstract
The article is concerned with difficulties of the treatment of urethra strictures, complicated in particular, and analyzes results of the surgical treatment resulting from localization of the stricture, its extension and the treatment method. The best results were obtained following resection of the urethra by Rusakov's method. From 65 operated children 59 patients showed complete recovery. The results were less consolatory when scrotum skin was used for the reconstruction of posterior urethra strictures of great extent.

本文关注尿道狭窄尤其是复杂性尿道狭窄的治疗难点，并分析了因狭窄部位、范围及治疗方法不同而产生的手术治疗结果。采用鲁萨科夫法切除尿道后取得了最佳效果。65例接受手术的儿童中，59例完全康复。在使用阴囊皮肤重建大范围后尿道狭窄时，结果则不那么令人满意。
