Abstract

Using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, the composition of cationic chromosomal proteins of the cells with completely blocked genome (crayfish, triton and frog spermatozoa, bird erythrocytes, rabbit and cow neutrophils) and homologous somatic cells with matrix-active genome was studied. It was shown that the most common feature of the composition of these cationic chromosomal proteins is the presence of several subfractions of histone H1. This is probably due to the necessity of total condensation of chromosomal fibrills.

利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,研究了基因组完全封闭的细胞(小龙虾、蝾螈和青蛙精子、鸟类红细胞、兔和牛中性粒细胞)以及具有活跃基因组的同源体细胞的阳离子染色体蛋白组成。结果表明,这些阳离子染色体蛋白组成的最常见特征是存在组蛋白H1的几个亚组分。这可能是由于染色体纤维完全凝聚的必要性。
