Abstract

Application of 5-fluorouracil exerts a noticeable therapeutic effect in experimental pancreatitis induced according to the modified technique. It prevents the development of acinus necrosis and suppurative lysis of the gland tissue. A suggestion is made that the therapeutic effect of 5-fluorouracil is related to its inhibitory action on RNA synthesis and to the blockade of secretion release from the exocrine part of the gland.

应用5-氟尿嘧啶对采用改良技术诱导的实验性胰腺炎具有显著的治疗效果。它可防止腺泡坏死的发展以及腺体组织的化脓性溶解。有人提出,5-氟尿嘧啶的治疗效果与其对RNA合成的抑制作用以及对腺体外分泌部分分泌释放的阻断有关。
