The authors report a particularly unusual case of a 71-year-old woman with a complex renal tumour combining a clear cell nephrocarcinoma, an eosinophilic squamous carcinoma and a probably malignant angiomyolipoma. In their view this tumour is reminiscent of that described by Riopelle. Also unusually, the two daughters of this patient also had a nephrocarcinoma.
