Abstract

In the evolutionary series of vertebrates, a correlation was established between degrees of structural and functional organization of the brain and features of the formation of complex behavioral acts. Gradual evolution of a complex sequence of motor, food-obtaining, conditioned reflexes, and a capacity for visual discrimination in the phylogenetic line of vertebrates (cartilaginous and marine bony fishes, reptiles, and mammals--insectivores, rodents, and primates) was disclosed.

在脊椎动物的进化序列中,大脑的结构和功能组织程度与复杂行为动作的形成特征之间建立了一种关联。脊椎动物(软骨鱼和硬骨海鱼、爬行动物以及哺乳动物——食虫动物、啮齿动物和灵长类动物)的系统发育谱系中,逐步进化出了复杂的运动、获取食物、条件反射序列以及视觉辨别能力。
