Extramedullary osteosynthesis of ribs was performed in 18 patients with apparatus SPG-20 for multiple rib fractures. The early surgical treatment of patients with thoracic traumas resutled in a substantial improvement of the external respiration function, the volume of intrapulmonary shunt, alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient and respiratory index being considerably decreased. The use of a mechanical suture of the ribs as a component in the complex treatment of patients with a thoracic trauma is an efficient method in the struggle against posttraumatic respiratory insufficiency and shock.
对18例多根肋骨骨折患者使用SPG - 20器械进行肋骨髓外骨固定术。对胸部创伤患者进行早期手术治疗,使外呼吸功能得到显著改善,肺内分流体积、肺泡 - 动脉氧梯度和呼吸指数均显著降低。在胸部创伤患者的综合治疗中,将肋骨机械缝合作为一种治疗手段,是对抗创伤后呼吸功能不全和休克的有效方法。
