The article deals with the function of external ventilation and respiration mechanisms in patients with closed traumas of the chest accompanied by fractures of ribs. The data were taken at the moment of admission and following the conservative treatment. The respiration biomechanics and functional indices of lungs in all the patients on admission were considerably disturbed. After treatment they were found to improve, still remaining considerably decreased. After discharge the patients need dispensary follow-up and therapy aimed at the repair of the respiratory function.
本文探讨了伴有肋骨骨折的胸部闭合性创伤患者的外部通气和呼吸机制的功能。数据采集于入院时及保守治疗后。所有患者入院时的呼吸生物力学和肺功能指标均受到严重干扰。治疗后这些指标有所改善，但仍显著低于正常水平。出院后，患者需要进行门诊随访和旨在修复呼吸功能的治疗。
