Under consideration were some aspects of the diagnostic value of urgent biopsy, based on the vast materials submitted by a pathoanatomical department of the Provincial Hospital and Oncological Dispensary for a 5-year period (1974--1978). Gross errors in the urgent diagnosis were found to be in 3.24% (216 biopsies) and in 1.41% (931 biopsies) as compared with the results obtained after the routine investigation as well as the examination mostly of the whole operation material, obtained later. The errors may be due to underestimation of some findings and overestimation of the others, an inadequately selected site for investigation as well as some objective factors, related to limitations of the urgent biopsy technic and emergency of its use.
基于省级医院和肿瘤防治所病理解剖科室在5年期间（1974 - 1978年）提交的大量资料，对紧急活检的诊断价值的一些方面进行了研究。与常规检查以及随后获得的大部分整个手术材料的检查结果相比，发现紧急诊断中的严重错误率分别为3.24%（216例活检）和1.41%（931例活检）。这些错误可能是由于对一些检查结果的低估和对另一些结果的高估、检查部位选择不当以及一些客观因素造成的，这些客观因素与紧急活检技术的局限性及其使用的紧迫性有关。
