A case of lethal pericardium-tamponade is reported as a consequence of excessive hydration in a 19-year-old woman. According to her own report, she took 8-10 tablets of Adumbran and Persumbran in drug form in an attempt to commit suicide. Neither clinical observation, the obduction, histological findings nor chemotoxicological analysis are capable of explaining a deadly poisoning by these tablets. This paper points to the necessity of most careful controls that are required even for adults in regard to the electrolytic and hydrological balances.
报告了一例19岁女性因过度补液导致致命性心包填塞的病例。据她自己称，她服用了8 - 10片阿杜姆布兰和佩尔苏姆布兰片剂试图自杀。无论是临床观察、尸体解剖、组织学检查结果还是化学毒理学分析，均无法解释这些片剂导致的致命中毒情况。本文指出，即使对于成年人，在电解质和水平衡方面也需要极其谨慎的监测。
