Abstract
A Group O patient with Tn-polyagglutinable RBCs was transfused with two units of Group O packed RBCs. Patient and transfused RBCs were separated by differential agglutination in blood samples drawn over a period of two months after transfusion. The transfused RBCs did not become polyagglutinable.
