Abstract
We compared the Danish 8-MOP brand Meladinine with the Austrial brand Oxsoralen because of our discouraging result with PUVA in treating psoriasis. Nine healthy volunteers participated in the investigation. The plasma level of 8-MOP was measured by a gas chromatogrpahic-mass spectrometric method using isotopic dilution technique. The level obtained with Oxsoralen was on the average 5.8 times higher than that with Meladinine.

由于我们在使用补骨脂素紫外线光化学疗法（PUVA）治疗牛皮癣时得到的结果令人沮丧，我们将丹麦的8-甲氧补骨脂素品牌美拉地宁与奥地利品牌甲氧沙林进行了比较。九名健康志愿者参与了该调查。使用同位素稀释技术，通过气相色谱-质谱法测量8-甲氧补骨脂素的血浆水平。甲氧沙林得到的水平平均比美拉地宁高5.8倍。
