Since a spread process would much worse respond to modern therapeutic measures. Surgery remains to be a dominant procedure. According to the data of the P. A. Herzen Research Institute of Oncology radical Halsted mastectomy at early stages of cancer provides for an effective recovery in more than 90% of patients.
