Abstract
In the present paper we report on the occurrence of an extra band suggesting a possible M-component in a case of hyperlipoproteinaemia with excessive elevation of lipid values. The enhanced apolipoproteins result in a distinct extra band in the alpha2-beta1-interzone of protein electrophoresis. The extra band disappeared after treatment of the hyperlipoproteinaemia.

在本论文中，我们报告了在一例血脂值过度升高的高脂蛋白血症病例中出现一条额外条带，提示可能存在M成分。载脂蛋白增加导致在蛋白质电泳的α2-β1区带间出现一条明显的额外条带。高脂蛋白血症经治疗后，这条额外条带消失。
