[Thrombosis of the vein of Labbé with haemorrhagic cerebral infarction (author's transl)].

A case of carbon monoxide poisoning with thrombosis of the vein of Labbé and an haemorrhagic cerebral infarct is reported. The mechanisms of the lesions, their diagnosis and treatment are reveiwed. The points are made that the cerebral lesion is an expanding one and that its surgical ablation should be considered.
