[A case of a large inflammatory fibroid tumor of the gastric antrum (Vanĕk's tumor)].

A case is reported of large fibroid inflammatory polyp of the gastric antrum (Vanĕk tumour) in a 32-year-old woman. The tumour had probably developed over 9 years and had been responsible for several episodes of gastrointestinal bleeding and iron-deficiency anemia. The patient underwent Billroth I procedure with uneventful recovery.
