[Determination of subgroups A1-A2 in blood stains].

The results obtained in the determination of subgroups A1, A2 in blood stains using lectines anti-A1 and anti-H demonstrate the advantages of the absorption elution or mixed agglutination techniques over satiation method. In blood stains of up to 6 months of age, the lectine-aided determination of subgroups was reliable for periods of up to 3 months from the appearance of the blood stains.
