The article presents clinical descriptions of 63 injectional injuries of peripheral nerves in children aged from 0 to 6 years. The sciatic nerve was damaged in 59 of them. More profound clinical manifestations were registered on the side of the fibular portion. Differential diagnosis is given in congenital club foot, arthrogryposis, infectional damate of nerve trunks, congenital hemiparesis. Catamnesis was followed in 48 children. The timely and complex treatment gave full recovery of foot function in 14 children, in 28 children partial recovery was noted. In 6 children the function was not repaired.
本文介绍了63例0至6岁儿童周围神经注射损伤的临床描述。其中59例坐骨神经受损。腓骨部分一侧出现更明显的临床表现。文中给出了与先天性马蹄内翻足、关节挛缩、神经干感染性损伤、先天性偏瘫的鉴别诊断。对48名儿童进行了随访。及时且综合的治疗使14名儿童足部功能完全恢复，28名儿童部分恢复。6名儿童的功能未恢复。
