The dogs who suffered 17-minute circulatory arrest induced by electric injury show progressive hemostasis and rheology disorders associated with peripheral and central hemodynamic disturbances. Injection of defibrinated plasma and microdoses of heparin during the first minutes of resuscitation inhibits the generation of thrombin, decreases blood viscosity, and prevents secondary circulation disorders. Hemodynamic stabilizaton is accompanied by the increased oxygen supply and consumption, by acceleration of metabolic disorders correction, which improves the final results of resuscitation.
