A luminescent divice has been elaborated for a simultaneous registration of the dynamics of NADH oxidation and of flavoprotein reduction in the beating heart muscle. The device is based on a microfluorimeter with alternating luminescence excitation in two-wave lenths--365 and 410 nm. The technique proposed makes it possible to minimize the reciprocal contribution of either carrier to the resulting measurement of their fluorescence intensity.
已经研制出一种用于同时记录跳动心肌中NADH氧化动力学和黄素蛋白还原动力学的发光装置。该装置基于一台在365和410纳米两个波长下交替进行发光激发的微型荧光计。所提出的技术能够将任一载体对其荧光强度最终测量值的相互影响降至最低。
