The results of the urethrotomies performed in our clinic appear encouraging after a duration of control of two years. Longterm results are not yet present. The preferences of this method consist in the easy performability and the possibility of the repetition in restricturation. The urethrotomy is suitable for short annular strictures. The indication for the bougie treatment and for the plastic operation of the stricture of the urethra is vastly limited by the visual urethrotomy which is easily to be performed.
在我们诊所进行尿道切开术的两年随访结果令人鼓舞。长期结果尚未得出。该方法的优点在于操作简便且可在狭窄复发时重复进行。尿道切开术适用于短环形狭窄。由于可视尿道切开术操作简便，大大限制了尿道狭窄的探条治疗和整形手术的适应症。
