Abstract
Infrared spectra of protein-chondroitin-keratan sulfate (PCKS) and proteoglycans aggregates (PA) isolated from trachea cartilage of cattle have been examined. Proteoglycans have been shown to be completely detectable in this tissue by infrared spectroscopy. This method can be applied for determining the degree of PCKS and PA extraction from the cartilage.

对从牛气管软骨中分离出的蛋白质-硫酸软骨素-硫酸角质素（PCKS）和蛋白聚糖聚集体（PA）的红外光谱进行了检测。结果表明，通过红外光谱法可在该组织中完全检测到蛋白聚糖。该方法可用于测定从软骨中提取PCKS和PA的程度。
