[Microscopic study of human fallopian tubes after laparoscopic sterilization (author's transl)].

Histological study was carried out on human fallopian tubes one hour and one month after various methods of laparoscopic sterilization (unipolar electrocoagulation, bipolar electrocoagulation, silicone ring and Hulka-Clemens clip). Microscopic lesions were observed. Ciliated cells were counted. Deciliation is proved at a distance from the site of sterilization. It has been possible to display the substance loss of the tubal tissues which have to be taken into consideration in case of surgical reanastomosis.
