Abstract
The authors are analyzing 109 combined operations performed for cancer of the cardial portion of the stomach with and without involvement of the oesophagus. Both immediate and remote results of the treatment are analyzed. In order to increase the radical effect of operation in metastazing of cancer into the neighbouring organs and presence of metastases in the regional lymphatic nodes the combined operations are recommended.

作者们正在分析针对胃贲门部癌实施的109例联合手术，这些手术有的涉及食管，有的未涉及食管。对治疗的近期和远期结果均进行了分析。为了提高手术对癌症向邻近器官转移以及区域淋巴结存在转移时的根治效果，推荐采用联合手术。
