As an example are represented in three processes of disease of Shy-Drager-Syndrom pathogenesis, diagnosis, and therapy. The leading symptom manifested in asympathicotonical hypotonical state is mixed with vegetative and centralnervious changes. The manifestation of this disease after the age of fourty makes it to a very strange illness of the second half of life.
