Abstract
The case is presented of a primary toe-to-thumb transfer by microvascular anastomosis for reconstruction of an acute degloving amputation of the thumb. This approach is not recommended as the standard practice for this type injury, however, there were certain advantages in this patient: (1) one stage procedure, (2) restoration of length, sensibility, and cover, (3) cosmetic improvement, and (4) minimal length of hospitalization.

本文介绍了一例通过微血管吻合进行一期拇指转位再造急性脱套伤拇指的病例。虽然这种方法不被推荐作为此类损伤的标准治疗方法，但该患者采用此方法有以下优点：（1）一期手术；（2）恢复长度、感觉和覆盖；（3）改善外观；（4）住院时间最短。
