The usability of the atomic-absorption spectrophotometric method by Lötterle (1980) for the iron determination in hemoglobin measurement was investigated and the method compared with the photometric Hb measurement. It was shown by investigations with blood, decayed at room temperature, that the deviation from the results in fresh blood and the coefficient of variation of the single results are lower than in the Cyan-Met-Hb method, and that this is highly significant.
对Lötterle(1980年)的原子吸收分光光度法在血红蛋白测量中用于铁测定的可用性进行了研究,并将该方法与光度法血红蛋白测量进行了比较。通过对在室温下衰变的血液进行研究表明,与新鲜血液结果的偏差以及单个结果的变异系数低于氰化高铁血红蛋白法,且这具有高度显著性。
