Retroperitoneal angiomatous hamartoma.

A rare case of retroperitoneal angiomatous hamartoma in a 32-year-old woman is described. The clinicopathological features and management are discussed. The literature on the incidence of primary retroperitoneal tumours with particular reference to angiomatous hamartoma is briefly reviewed.
