Cosmetic correction of the mild or partially corrected pectus excavatum utilizing silastic implant.

The alternative approach to the cosmetic problem of mild or partially corrected pectus excavatum is presented. A case report with a discussion of the use of silicone in this problem is undertaken. An extremely simple method of implant casting is demonstrated.
