A total of 83 patients with psoriasis were examined; of these, 53 individuals had disseminated forms of psoriasis (group 1), 30--generalized or global psoriatic erythroderma (group II). Studied in the peripheral blood were activity of interleukins--1 and 2 (IL-1 and 2), concentration of plasmic fibronektin and relative count of lymphocytes expressing receptors to urokinase. There have been revealed in group I patients moderate increase in IL-1 activity, apparent lowering of IL-2, reduction in concentration of plasmic fibronektin, decrease in relative count of lymphocytes expressing receptors to urokinase in both clinical groups. Negative correlation was established between the latter two parameters, which was the greatest in patients with psoriatic erythrodermia.
