Abstract
Two cases of attritional rupture of the extensor tendon due to longstanding Kienböck's disease are reported. The rupture was caused by the fragment of a collapsed lunate which pierced the dorsal capsule of the wrist.

报告了两例因长期月骨无菌性坏死导致伸肌腱磨损性断裂的病例。断裂是由塌陷的月骨碎片穿透腕背侧关节囊所致。
