[Patents in the pharmaceutical field: history and development of the institution].

The aim of this work it is to highlight the relevance of many Domestic and European Laws concerning Property Right for Patents. A special attention is devoted to Patents of Drugs by means of detailed doctrinal references and also in the light of the current European Procedures.
