The problem of pediatric tuberculosis is viewed in terms of its connection with social and medical setting, epidemiological situation in adult tuberculosis. To correct negative trends in tuberculosis prevalence in children efforts should be made to eliminate the infection foci, to promote conditioning of population, to introduce new programs of health care for mothers and children.
儿童结核病问题是从其与社会和医疗环境、成人结核病流行病学状况的联系来审视的。为纠正儿童结核病患病率的负面趋势，应努力消除感染源，促进人群的健康调节，推行针对母婴的新医疗保健项目。
