The deficiency of dopamine leads to the lack of every-day movements and mobility. Loss of coordination and facial expression shows the complexity of non-verbal expression. This means a severe problem in communication. Especially the akinetic patient needs a lot of help from his/her surrounding. The clinically different forms of the disease will be shown due to the communicational and interactive aspects.
多巴胺缺乏会导致日常运动和活动能力的缺失。协调性和面部表情的丧失显示了非言语表达的复杂性。这意味着在沟通方面存在严重问题。尤其是运动不能的患者非常需要周围人的帮助。由于沟通和互动方面的原因，该疾病在临床上会呈现出不同的形式。
